Service Advisor - Leduc

KeyAg Kubota is looking for an energetic individual with a customer focused disposition as a Service Advisor at our Leduc store . You will be the Service departments front line in delivering a fantastic customer service experience.

Your responsibilities :

• Answer phones and schedule customer appointments
• Deal with customer requests and questions in a friendly manner
• Open work orders, accurately recording the customers information and requirements
• Update customers as needed on the progression of the repairs on their equipment
• Generate repair orders and ensure thorough and accurate labor descriptions from the Service Technicians
• Ensure all work and pricing is approved by the customer prior to the work being performed
• Keep informed as to the status of sublet work being performed
• Check on the progress of any insurance claims, following up if needed
• Upon completion of repairs, close work orders and notify customers of completion. If necessary, answer questions regarding the repair
• Receive customer payments
• Submit warranty claims in compliance with dealership warranty policies
• Organize campaigns (dealership recall booking)
• Support the Service department with clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, scheduling, sorting, and filing

What we need you to bring :

Wage : $55,000-$70,000 yearly, wage offered will be commensurate with experience.
