About Pivot

Pivot is building the operating brain for restaurants, a platform that automates scheduling, payroll and back‑office operations, and helps restaurant operators run leaner, smarter and more profitably.

What you’ll build

You’ll join an existing AI initiative already in development and take it to production.

You’ll work on

• data pipelines and feature engineering from POS + internal sources (payroll, punches, etc.)
• clustering restaurants and training specialized models by restaurant type
• guardrails and online calibration to ensure real‑world usefulness
• API integration and productization of AI outputs
• measuring impact : savings, labor optimization, and ROI tracking

We’re aiming for a competitive salary range depending on experience and fit : $90k-$110k CAD (For top profiles, we can stretch).
