Position : Continuous Improvement Engineer Location : DorvalWe're seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead Lean initiatives and Kaizen events while optimizing manufacturing processes. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role requires a hands-on, curious professional who thrives on driving efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.In this role, you will :  - Lead Lean assessments, Kaizen events, and Hoshin Kanri initiatives.- Optimize manufacturing processes, manage MRP routes, and ensure product flow efficiency.- Develop dashboards, analyze data, and report key metrics to management.- Train and coach teams in Lean methodologies and foster cross-functional collaboration.- Support product design transfers to production and ensure alignment with organizational goals.What you need to be considered :  - Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience (OIQ membership ideal but not mandatory).- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing.- Proven experience in Six Sigma / Lean projects and Kaizen / Hoshin Kanri methods.- Proficient level of English is required for technical knowledge and training as well as internal team collaboration daily. If you have the required experience and would like to apply, send your resume to Melissa Cardi at [email protected] A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000!
