Deliver on key performance indicators and sales targetsEnable a best‑in‑class customer experienceCreate an environment where team members feel valued, can grow and function well as a teamBe the face of the community in your store’s areaDevelop referral relationships, execute promotions, and ensure top‑of‑mind awareness for Mobile KlinikLead the team on the customer journey by ensuring the best‑in‑class repair, care, sales, and servicesDevelop expert‑level knowledge and lead the execution of store processes, policies, and proceduresManage inventory, including receiving and ordering parts and products, including Certified Pre‑Owned phones and accessories, efficiently and effectivelyWorking hours and locations

Base Salary : $42,000 - $53,000 (effective April 2025)Bonus Pay : Monthly bonuses based on scorecardActual total compensation will be determined based on knowledge, skills, performance and experience.Seniority level : Not applicable
