Job description

We are seeing a Manager Global Benefits, to help manage and communicate global benefit plans in Canada and U.S, ensuring compliance and leading key initiatives like plan renewals and vendor partnerships. You'll leverage technology and automation to enhance processes while collaborating with our passionate HR team and external vendors to implement new or amended benefit programs to our organization.

A Day in the life :

  • Manage benefit program administration, education, renewals, vendor implementations, compliance activities.
  • Oversee global retirement plans, ensuring timely execution and effective communication.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion.
  • Analyze benefits plan performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Use technology and automation to enhance global benefits service delivery.
  • Monitor billing and payments to benefit vendors, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
  • Develop benefits communication strategies to educate and inform employees.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and contribute to the development of program documentation.

What you bring to the table :

  • Expertise in health, retirement, and wellbeing benefits for Canada and U.S. Bonus points for experience in Poland.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, benefits platforms, and advanced Excel.
  • Bilingual (French, Spanish, or Polish) is a plus.
