Responsibilities

• Ability to readand interpret blueprints to determine dimensions, tolerances, and layout ofwork
• Ability to readand understand the imperial system of measurement
• Determine the appropriate machine settings to maintain critical dimensions
• Check finished componentsusing Straightedge, Combination square, etc.
• Maintain equipmentin a condition that does not compromise safety
• Operate 175 tonCNC Power press brake
• Follow QC programs and use measuring equipment
• Good understanding of manufacturing facility atmosphere
• Positive attitude while speaking with manager / foreman andco-workers
• Ability to work as a team with co-workers to problem solve
