Job Description
Service advisors play an integral role in building relationships with our customers. They are responsible for walking customers through the entire repair process, keeping them informed of their vehicle status using digital inspection software, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon departure from our store. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, possesses exceptional customer service skills, and thrives in a high‑intensity work environment. Automotive experience is not required but is an asset.
