We are looking for a part time Administrative Clerk in downtown Montreal !
Duration : 6 months contract
Start date : ASAP
Temporary / Part-time 28 hours per week.
Main tasks of the Administrative Clerk :
- Filing internal documents
- Handling of large volume documents to be scanned and archived
- Data entry
- Preparation of administrative documents
- Other similar tasks, as requested
Requirements for the Administrative Clerk :
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of English
- Working knowledge of Italian (asset)
- Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time-management and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail

Exigences pour le commis administratif :
Au moins 1 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire
Connaissance pratique de l’anglais
Connaissance pratique de l’italien (un atout)
Excellente connaissance technique de Microsoft et de Google Suite
Solides compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité d’effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois
Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en résolution de problèmes
Grande attention aux détails
