Location : Lindsay, ON

Salary : Up to $120,000

Our client is a well-established and respected General Contractor and is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead a multi-unit residential building project in Lindsay, ON . The ideal candidate will have proven success managing residential construction sites, strong written communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction documentation and safety protocols.

About the Role

As the Site Superintendent , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily on-site operations, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. You'll work closely with the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities for a multi-unit residential building project
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Draft and respond to RFIs , manage submittals , and maintain detailed project documentation
• Use Bluebeam for drawings, markups, and project coordination
• Oversee safety compliance and ensure adherence to COR safety standards
• Prepare and manage daily site reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates
• Communicate effectively with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders
