Operations & Client Support Coordinator – Fast-Paced, Hands-On Logistics & Orders Role (Calgary)

Creo Promotional Solutions – Calgary, AB

Creo Promotional Solutions is a busy, hands-on promotional merchandise company seeking an Operations & Client Support Coordinator to support logistics, order processing, and client programs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learning new systems, and being part of a small, collaborative team . No two days are the same — you’ll stay engaged, challenged, and visible in all parts of the business.

Great fit for early-career candidates looking to build skills across operations, sales, marketing, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange local, national, and international couriers
  • Receive, count, verify, and put away incoming shipments (lift up to 45 lbs)
  • Maintain warehouse organization and assist with kitting / packing projects
  • Process and track orders using industry-specific software
  • Enter shipment and order details and update internal teams
  • Support and maintain online store orders
  • Enter new products into our CSM system
  • Research new promotional products and retail trends
  • Assist with sales and light client marketing alongside the owner
  • Support Program Coordinator and Production Manager with daily operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Clear written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve without step-by-step manuals
  • Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, web-based systems)
  • Comfortable researching online
  • Interest in trends, branding, and marketing
  • Experience in marketing, sales, e-commerce, or operations is an asset but not required.

    Requirements

  • Ability and willingness to lift 40–45 lbs
  • Comfortable in a small warehouse / office environment
  • Willingness to learn new, industry-specific software
  • Strong organizational skills – must be able to shift priorities as day changes
  • Social media familiarity is a plus
  • Important to Know

    This is a hands-on, fast-moving role in a small office. You’ll wear many hats and be a core part of day-to-day operations. This position is best suited to someone who enjoys pace, variety, and problem-solving , rather than a highly structured or repetitive job. In office position, weekdays.

    HOURS : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am - 4 : 00 pm

    Free parking onsite.
