Main responsibilities : Ensure that invoices are matched with the respective delivery note or purchase order and enter them into the accounting application.For certain suppliers, mainly in spa, restaurant and massage therapy; record, manage and pay invoicesReview, reconcile and follow up with suppliersAccount for spa traffic and other operational dataMake bank deposits, prepare and account for tipsVerify cash register and credit card reconciliations
