Senior Product Designer

Planned is an event management platform that helps companies streamline their meetings & events booking process. We make it easy for anyone to plan successful events while giving finance teams the visibility and control they need to maximize their budget. Planned has already worked with over 200 companies across North America, such as; PwC, L'Oréal, Google, Samsung & Airbnb.

Your Role

• Lead design on major projects end-to-end : research, ideation, prototyping, launch, and iteration.
• Use strong UX and system design skills to explore solutions and collaborate with developers to bring them to life.
• Contribute to our design system and foster a culture of strong cross-functional collaboration, building bridges rather than walls between Design, Engineering, and Product.
• Build a deep understanding of our users through research, testing, and close collaboration with Product Managers and our internal Customer Success team.
• Create alignment across teams through clear documentation, presentations, and workshops that explain ideas, trade-offs, and gather feedback.
