Hello, I'm Harrison Kaleu, Recruitment Consultant FED ManuTech, a specialist in temporary and permanent recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing professions.We're experts who speak your language.We're committed to supporting you throughout your job search and every stage of your career.Your functionI am currently recruiting for one of my customers, a paper manufacturing company located in Chambly, an Automation Expert - Permanent position 40h week - Monday to Friday - Day shift (7am-3pm).Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks : - Supervise and train the various members of the maintenance team;- Establish relations with technical experts at our machine manufacturers;- Participate in optimizing machine availability;- Correct, modify and optimize PLC programs and HMI graphics associated with major changes or system problems;- Carry out PLC programming (Allan Bradley, Siemens or similar)- Apply required health and safety procedures;- Other related tasksYour professional skills- Demonstrate rigor in the execution of tasks;- Be recognized as a safe and uncompromising individual;- Strong teaching skills (asset)Your profile- DEC in electrodynamics, industrial electronics or equivalent;- 10 to 15 years' experience in a similar role;- Experience in the pulp and paper industry (an asset);- Bilingualism (English, French);- Demonstrate rigor in execution.- Salary : $85k - $95k, + bonus of 5% to 10% of annual salary every 6 months! depending on experience, full insurance, company RRSP.- Permanent position 40h per week - Monday to Friday
