The Winnipeg School Division (WSD) is Manitoba's largest and most diverse public school division with approximately 30,000 students and 6000 dedicated employees. We are seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to join our senior management team as Director of People, Culture, and Equity .

The role of Director of People, Culture, and Equity is central to our mission of fostering a thriving, inclusive, and supportive workplace that enables employees to deliver the highest quality learning environments for students.
As Director of People, Culture, and Equity you will lead initiatives that promote employee development, wellness, and engagement for all employee unions-including teaching staff, educational assistants and clerical support. You will be instrumental in making WSD the employer of choice in education.
This position plays a key role in advancing the goals of WSD's Strategic Plan, with a particular focus on creating the conditions for “the good life”-a holistic vision of well-being, belonging, and purpose-for all employees and students.
