Purpose of the position

Our Haleco real estate complex in Montreal is looking for a general manager to manage its 327-door building. You are said to be a team player who likes to take on challenges, this position is ideal for you! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Manage rent collection and deposits according to established standards
• Create and implement a plan of action to improve the apartment rental process
• Plan tenant arrivals and departures and see to the optimal execution of these activities while ensuring the safety and security of the building and its occupants
• Ensure that business processes are effective and resident services are of a high quality
• Ensure information is disseminated throughout the complex
• Optimize human resources in support of operational and financial efficiency objectives
• Responsible for marketing the property to maintain full occupency
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ensure optimal management of your building
• Coordinate the work of the housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Supervise outsie contractors working in the building
• Work to ensure that the teams skills and knowledge is updated and maintained

Required qualifications :

• Bilingualism both oral and written
