Billing Clerk | Langley | Contract to Permanent

We are working with a reputable organization in the construction industry that is seeking a Billing Clerk to join their finance team on a full-time, onsite basis for a 3-month contract. This role offers the potential for permanency based on strong performance and is a great opportunity for someone actively pursuing their CPA designation.

As the Billing Clerk, you will report to the Finance Lead and play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate invoicing, collections, and overall support to month-end financial activities. This is a busy, fast-paced environment - especially during month-end - and will require occasional overtime.

Success in this Role Looks Like :

• Completion of all customer billing by the monthly cut-off date
• Invoices are submitted accurately and paid by the due date
• Outstanding invoice balances over 60–90 days remain under 5% of the total receivables
