This Information Security team that is responsible for delivering four key programs. • Security operations • BCP / DR • Audit and compliance response • Vendor security assessment. HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE : Assist experienced team members with Information Security activities including security monitoring procedures. Document and perform processes related to security monitoring.* Isolate issues using the suite of Security tools. Work with other staff to identify appropriate course of remediation and suggest methods of tuning systems accordingly.* Perform and review results from scheduled assessments identifying related risks. Work with other IT teams to identify resolution plans and follow progress to conclusion.* Assist with data collection and reporting activities in support of sustainment activities under PCI and SOC2 frameworks.* Conduct initial investigations of escalated security and network events. Assist in maintaining a library of documented response procedures. Participate in knowledge sharing with other analysts and develop efficient solutions.* Write technical articles for internal knowledge base.* Working with your co-op peers identify, plan, execute and deliver a group project or presentation. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING : Enrolled in a Bachelor’s, or similar program at an accredited institution.* Ability to communicate effectively in a business-friendly language across a spectrum of IT, Business, and partners.* Smart, adaptable, innovative, and passionate about cyber security.* Willingness to learn, adapt and improve systems.* Ability to write clear instructions, procedures, presentations, and training materials.
