Night shift premium available

Seaboard Bulk Terminals, located in Woodstock, Ontario, is a trusted leader in truck-to-rail and rail-to-truck transloading operations. We are hiring Rail Yard Transload Operators to support the continued growth of our terminal operations and anticipated customer demand.

Work Location & Schedule

Location: Woodstock, Ontario

Shift options:

Straight nights, 4 on / 4 off, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Straight days, 4 on / 4 off, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

This role involves outdoor work in all seasons and may include working at heights.

The Role

As a Terminal Operator, you will play a hands-on role in the safe movement, loading, and offloading of rail cars while maintaining high safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities:

Support safe rail yard operations, including marshalling and spotting rail cars
Load and offload rail cars in accordance with safety and regulatory requirements
Inspect rail cars and document findings
Complete daily reports and communicate issues to the Terminal Manager
Perform general housekeeping and light maintenance
Participate in toolbox talks and follow established safety procedures

What You Bring

Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Willingness to learn and grow in the role
Ability to lift 40–60 lbs, work outdoors, and work at heights
Rail, terminal, or transloading experience is an asset
Supervisory, lead hand, or mentoring experience is an asset
