POSITION : Client Associate, Commercial LinesREPORTING TO : Unit Manager THE ROLEThe Client Associate is a blended role of Client Coordinator and Client Manager. The Client Associate plays a central role in renewing existing accounts by servicing clients in assessing and fulfilling their needs to the highest standards of satisfaction. The Client Associate is an expert advisor responsible for managing a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and assisting the producer in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.The Client Associate is accountable for determining customer needs, negotiating coverages and terms, responding to complaints and inquiries, and processing of transactions. We are looking for a special, passionate administrative professional who can effectively manage their workflow around competing priorities without sacrificing service quality, and deliver consistent, high end results on schedule. The successful candidate will be detail driven, highly organized, and will be passionate about providing exceptional client service at all levels.WHAT YOU’LL DOCommunication with clients and issue client certificates of insurance and pink cardsProcess documents including new business, renewals and endorsements within EpicManage incoming and outgoing mail related to the book of businessInvoice, transact, and execute on premium finance contracts and premium allocationsEnsure EPIC workflows are followed Maintain Claims information in EPIC which includes; input, update and follow-up with clientAssist in preparing renewals A / R processing and billingFollow up on outstanding documents from the Insured or InsurerChecking insurance documents for accuracyWHAT WE REQUIREInsurance or Financial Services experience preferredWilling to invest time in extensive training and must be able to obtain your General Insurance License and work towards an industry related professional designations.Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word considered an assetExperience in EPIC considered an asset
