Under the spuervision of the Plant Director and the Customer Service Manager, and in collaboration with the Customer Service Team Lead, a Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the following tasks.
What to Expect :
Ensure customer satisfaction and, when necessary, coordinate returns and claims.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Experience with SAP and Salesforce is an asset
Bilingual (English and French), spoken and written — although French is not required outside the province of Québec.
