Apprentice Plumber

Description :

ATCO Frontec is seeking a st - th Year Apprentice Plumber  to join our ATCO Facilities Solutions team in Edmonton AB , working on a project with several properties across the Edmonton area.

The Apprentice Plumber is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, inspections, modifications, and installation / dismantling of plumbing systems. The successful candidate must be willing to work after hours and on weekends as required. Tools, uniforms, PPE, work cellphone, and a company vehicle will be provided for work duties.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct timely inspections, testing, and accurate reporting of equipment defects and deficiencies
• Replace toilets, bathroom and kitchen sinks, and bathtubs
• Utilize power auger for toilet, bathtub, and main lines
• Trouble shooting boiler systems
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded
• Guaranteeing all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate codes, as well as environmental protection requirements
• Rotating on call shifts are required
