Job descriptionDeliver complete test-ready user experiencesfrom concept and ideation through high-fidelity prototypes and dev hand-offbacked by A / B test results and user insights Independently lead design projects across all stages : stakeholder alignment UX strategy UI development and post-test iteration Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data metrics (CVR RPS) heatmaps and user recordings to inform and validate design direction Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX / CRO design leveraging both qualitative and quantitative inputs Collaborate closely with product engineering and stakeholders to ensure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints Champion and mentor design best practices sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability Performance-Minded : Designs with a CRO-first lens balancing business goals with user needs to drive measurable outcomes Analytical : Relies on data and behavioral patterns to uncover insights and validate hypotheses through experimentation and iteration Initiative-Driven : Doesnt wait for directionidentifies design gaps and proactively proposes and executes UX solutions Clear Communicator : Effectively tailors communication to different audienceswhether engineers PMs or stakeholdersensuring alignment and clarity Collaborative : Thrives in cross-functional environments building productive relationships across design product and engineering teams Mentorship-Oriented : Shares expertise coaches peers and helps foster a high-performance UX culture Strategic Thinker : Understands how UX decisions impact broader business objectives and prioritizes solutions accordingly

This position is Contract to Hire
MUST HAVE :
- 8 years of UX / UI experience in performance marketing lead generation or a similar data-driven environment
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate (CVR) and revenue per session
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing / prototyping tools; fluency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A / B tests for CRO
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences
EXPERIENCE : 8 years of UX / UI experience within performance marketing lead generation or conversion rate optimization environments.
