Salesforce Consultant

Position Description:

CGI is hiring Salesforce Consultants to support configuration, customization, and delivery activities for a Salesforce implementation program.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Configure Salesforce solutions to meet defined business requirements
• Support solution design, build, and deployment activities
• Collaborate with Architects, Business Analysts, and Developers
• Assist with data migration, integrations, and testing activities
• Participate in Agile delivery teams and ceremonies

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 4+ years of Salesforce experience
• Experience working on Salesforce implementation projects
• Strong configuration skills (Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards)
• Understanding of Salesforce security and data model
• Experience working in Agile environments

Desired qualifications
• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification
• Consulting or client-facing experience
• Experience with enterprise Salesforce programs
