Our team is focused on designing and building portfolio of energy products to serve prosumers in their residential and solar needs.

We are currently seeking a passionate and creative Agile project manager / Scrum master based in our Richmond, BC Canada location.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the final delivery of program(s) through planning and execution of activities required to meet program goals while maximizing return on investment within the program budget, performance, and schedule constraints.

You would grasp and drive complex technical topics and drive software / embedded engineering team during its product development phases.

You thrive in a dynamic, constantly changing environment. You will coordinate teams through the software development cycle from concept to deliver, collaborating with several teams at Schneider Electric.

What will you do? Hands-on experience in SW project management including end to end testing Arrange and facilitate scrum events, including increment planning, daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint review, and retrospective Facilitate team transparency by escalating impediments and sharing team progress to the appropriate channels.

Coach team members to improve their skills and practices, promote continuous improvements on quality, efficiency and healthy team working environment.

Empower team members to take ownership of their work . Encourage and motivate the team to stay focused on the goals of the iterationCreate complete structure in JIRAs using Epic, stories, tasks and acceptance criteria.

Facilitate stakeholder collaboration, manage customer relationship, and ensure customer satisfaction. Define and create work breakdown structure, milestones, interna;

external dependencies, efforts and duration estimation and tracking the project (both in waterfall and agile approach) Budget & Schedule : Owns schedule and budget while managing within the given and dynamic constraints.

Must be comfortable planning program schedules using agile techniques and MS project. Reporting : Provide periodic reports of program status and progress to management.

Risk : Performs risk review and manages a risk register to anticipate potential issues, defines and implements related risk mitigation plans, and follows mitigation plans through to completion.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Creative, flexible, and willing to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes Demonstrated technical leadership and experience in software development Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master 5+ years of experience working in an agile environmentExperience in using JIRA, Confluence, Portfolio, Agile methodology, Waterfall and MS officeMust possess good written and oral presentation skills and the ability to communicate ideas effectively to senior management.
