Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager based in Maritime Provinces. This is a remote role ideal for someone with a strong understanding of enterprise account management, professional services delivery, and building successful relationships with senior management in the sustainable energy and HVAC sectors.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer expectations, driving growth, and employing innovative approaches to solving customer challenges. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of an emerging brand in a dynamic, high-energy, start-up environment. You will be responsible for generating new business with medium to large regional accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and outreach to negotiating and closing large deals.
  • Collaborate with senior management and the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Engage with senior management on the customer side to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team and customers to organize marketing events and promotions.
  • Work with technical and administrative teams to customize solutions and ensure order fulfillment.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets in the designated region.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of account management and new business development experience in HVAC or a related field
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented with proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office products
  • Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate issues and provide effective solutions
  • High level of responsibility and accountability
  • Flexible schedule, able to occasionally work late evenings or early mornings
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, both domestically and internationally
  • Self-driven and eager to learn and adapt to new technology
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
