Compensation and Benefits :

• We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a total hourly value of $29 - $45 per hour as a starting point.

• True offers 8 pay levels throughout your apprenticeship and 7 levels of career progression beyond Journeyperson with defined and transparent remuneration.

Journeypersons are either experienced at leading a project area or are interested in developing their leadership skills.

Experience :

1st year Apprentice : You are new to the trade welcome to your new career no prior experience is required.

2nd year Apprentice : 1 - 2 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 1 plumbing technical training.

3rd year Apprentice : 2 - 3 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 2 plumbing technical training.

4th year Apprentice : 3 - 4 years of plumbing experience and successful completion of level 3 plumbing technical training.
