The primary purpose of this role is to sell and upsell our Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and current clientele professionally, profitably, and ethically by executing the company-designed sales process. The Inside Sales Professional for Rentokil Terminix is responsible for meeting or exceeding baseline sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a customer-focused service approach. New business revenue will be generated from the following sources :

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Effectively manage inbound daily sales call expectations.
  • Maintain a 60% or better closing rate and convert customer call-ins into our Year Round Protection Plan at a similar rate.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly baseline sales targets.
  • Identify and execute the Inside Sales 6 Step Sales Approach clearly.
  • Follow up on all proposals, open orders, and sales within 24 hours.
  • Re-solicit and call to convert single purchase customers into the Year Round Protection Plan.
  • Execute residential campaigns for new and existing customers effectively.
  • Conduct outbound and SMS campaigns as needed, based on inbound volume.
  • Support other campaigns during non-peak months as necessary.
  • Maintain call volume standards of 12-15 calls per hour.
  • Achieve an average monthly call quality score above 75%.
  • Demonstrate strong multi-tasking skills.

Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of successful experience in a rapidly growing professional sales organization.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales results and achieving goals.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Education Requirements :

  • High School Diploma
  • Preferred : College Diploma or University Degree in business, administration, accounting, or equivalent experience.
