The successful candidate will : -be able to develop positive relationships with students and maintain effective classroom management-enjoy working collaboratively with the staff team and parents-structure a student-centred learning environment which includes a variety of teaching, learning and assessment approaches and strategies, that align with the philosophy and framework of the BC Ministry of Education Curriculum.-possess in depth understanding of the literacy and numeracy skills required at the intermediate level and the ability to support the development of skills in diverse groups of students.
