YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER :

• Implement Disaster Recovery and High Availability solutions that meet stated requirements for both on-premises and cloud solutions.
• Oversee transition to production of all new solutions to the operational support team.
• Engineer server and network environments; assemble tech components, troubleshoot issues, and integrate third-party products when required.
• Document and maintain procedures, backup environments and configuration documents.
• Follow change and problem management processes and procedures.
• Develop or enhance policies with respect to IT infrastructure.
• Monitor and keep up with industry trends and new technology such as IaaS and Cloud Computing.
• Provide technical leadership to clients, management and colleagues.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments; prepare client reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
• Demonstrate principles of superior customer service, focusing on critical thinking, effective communication, and anticipating customer needs.
