What will you do?
Cultivatelocal business opportunities and seek out new customers throughrelationship buildingwithin the community andyourcentresof influence
Develop a loyal client base byprovidingexceptionalmortgage advice and financial solutions
Successfully drive your personal sales results,while collaborating withRBCpartners to anchor external business
Take the initiative to provide advice and solutions to clients, meeting their individual needs
Remain mobile tobe accessibleand accommodate clients’ preferences
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Minimum3 yearsofproven salessuccess,ideallyin financialservices or real estate
A solid network in your community, resulting in referrals, newclientsand increased business
Proven ability to build trust andmaintainlong-term client relationships
Ability to cultivate strongrelationships with internal partners
Self-starter who works independently and seeks outanswers.
Bilingualism (English and French)required, as you will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
Nice-to-have
Previousexperience as amortgage lender
Strong knowledge of the mortgage origination business and home financing products
Excellent presentation and organizational skills
