Responsibilities
- Respond quickly and effectively to mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment as per the schedule in the EAM system and complete all work orders using a computer
- Install, modify, or optimize industrial equipment based on operational needs
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of existing systems
- Keep technical documentation up to date (work orders, drawings, procedures, etc.)
- Be available for on-call service and respond outside of regular hours if necessary
- Strictly follow safety rules and quality / food safety policies (SQF standards)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Job Requirements
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and pneumatic plans (standard and ISO)Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, lockout / tagout, and ARC FLASH standardsProficiency in French (spoken and written) is required; English is an assetStrong interpersonal skills, sense of priorities, autonomy, precision, and teamworkFamiliarity with MS Office and maintenance software (asset)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsQualifications
