Sales Development / Lead Generation is an integral part of the sales process. This is the first step in connecting with potential clients.

We are looking for up-and-coming sales professionals who will work hard, and create results. This is a full-time position with a great opportunity to be part of an ever-growing industry and take part in our success!

For the right candidates, there is room for advancement to more senior positions.

Our head office is conveniently located in downtown Montreal, a few steps from the Peel metro. Your role would be to simply contact & generate qualified prospects with businesses across Canada.

We offer a very competitive wage along with bonus and commission enhancements. The starting wage is $18 / hour. Bonus is paid based on company performance and commissions are paid on individual successes.

Responsibilities :

  • B2B cold calling.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with potential customers, as needed.
  • Qualifying leads and booking appointments for our sales team.
  • Meet and exceed monthly goals.

Requirements :

  • Professional telephone manner and a clear speaking voice with good English.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects over the phone promptly.
  • Passion and drive for sales.
  • Previous sales, customer service or call center experience is required.
  • Experience in any of the following : market research, lead generation, customer service, or inside sales.

What we offer :

  • Hourly wage $18-$24 / hour with attractive commissions and monthly bonuses; no capped commissions. Possibility to earn $70,000 a year and more.
