VOS DÉFIS

Soutenir les clients en offrant de l’information utile et précise, en répondant aux questions et en traitant les plaintes quant aux produits et services.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients via différents canaux (téléphone, clavardage, courriel).
  • Effectuer l’entrée de données et des recherches;
  • Interagir avec les clients afin de leur fournir de l’information quant à leurs demandes à propos de produits et services ainsi que traiter et résoudre les plaintes;
  • Répondre rapidement aux demandes des clients;
  • Communiquer avec les clients à l’aide de différents canaux;
  • Évaluer les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adéquates;
  • S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients et fournir un service à la clientèle professionnel.

  • Niveau de service;
  • Durée moyenne de traitement;
  • Vitesse moyenne de réponse;
  • CSAT;
  • CES.
  • CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

  • Expérience avec un CRM, un atout;
  • Expérience générale en service à la clientèle;
  • Facilité avec la technologie;
  • Bilinguisme, (Français et anglais, écrit et parlé);
  • Expérience préalable en succursale, un atout;
  • Connaissance en santé sécurité, un atout.
