Role Description
The Proposal Coordinator will be a key player in a small, dynamic marketing and graphics team. As a Proposal Coordinator, you will be an integral part of diverse project teams and will work with different departments and specializations within the firm. Working with senior leadership, you will assist with determining projects to pursue and put together proposal responses that align with Arcadis’ strategic plan. The successful candidate will be a proactive, collaborative team player with great attention to detail and the ability to follow and improve process.
Role Accountabilities
The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing inbound proposal requests (such as RFQ, RFP, EOI, SOA, etc.) to help prepare responses, coordinating with proposal leads, professional technical staff and the marketing / graphics team to produce proposals which include collecting and analyzing business related information, writing, editing and producing proposal documents. They will act as the primary point of contact during the proposal process, creating a submission schedule for the proposal team in regard to communications and reminders on internal proposal deliverables and deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will have two years in the AEC industry (preferred), and a post‑secondary degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or another relevant discipline (an asset).
Salary
The salary range for this position is $55,000–60,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
