Job descriptionPhD in AI, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Strong background in AI technology and testing. 5+ years of relevant industry or academic research experience, preferably in well-known universities or enterprises. Good technical vision, industry influence, and understanding of current trends. Connections with academic and industrial conferences and forums. Strong independent thinking and teamwork skills. Experience leading intelligent testing practices for large-scale software or cloud-based systems, or published influential papers in academia. About the job :
- In-depth insight and analysis of the technology development trend in intelligent testing, making the correct direction judgment and technology planning, forming intelligent testing solutions, and integrating into the company's test engineering system.
- Research and breakthroughs in key algorithms and technologies for intelligent testing.
- Advancements in LLMs-assisted test design, script generation, test execution, and oracle judgment.
- Responsible for key testing technologies and algorithms that are industry-leading.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external universities, research organizations, and industry partners to build a strong ecosystem.
