SALARY RANGE : $105,000 – $130,000 base + bonus

About the Role

Our client, a high-growth company in the beauty and personal care space, is seeking a Senior Manager of Ecommerce to manage and grow their online retail business across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and other major marketplaces.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced ecommerce professional with strong Amazon expertise and a passion for driving digital growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Amazon, DTC, and retail ecommerce channels (forecasting, advertising, inventory, and reporting).
• Act as subject matter expert for Amazon Vendor / Seller Central, Walmart Connect, and similar tools.
• Manage, track, and optimize digital advertising (monitoring ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, impressions, and share of business).
• Partner with agencies to deliver high-performing paid search and retail media campaigns.
• Build and optimize product listings with enhanced content, promotions, and on-site advertising.
• Expand presence on new marketplaces such as Instacart, Cornershop, and iHerb.
• Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution and growth.
