The Role

Pharmacy Manager

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Pharmacy Manager at Rexall, you’ll ensure excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your patient‑focused responsibilities will include:

• Providing clinical services.
• Offering professional advice on prescriptions and OTC products.
• Managing inventory and accurate dispensing of prescriptions.
• Maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and Rexall policies.
• Engaging with patients to provide medication counseling and positive interactions.

Qualifications to Succeed

• Licensed Pharmacist in the Province of interest.
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a fast‑paced team.
• Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance.
