Job descriptionPrepare and pour beverages on a cash and host basis Prompt efficient and courteous service of beverages Create an upbeat energetic and fun atmosphere Handle cash wine sales Prepare consumption sheets and cash out Account for stock (inventory control) Clean bar and storage spaces Suggest up selling of food and beverage to guests Provide information and guidance to guests Balance cash at end of shift Other duties as assigned Minimum of two (2) years recent (in the last 5 years) fulltime experience in the preparation pouring and service of beverages Completely fluent English language skills both written and verbal Serving It Right and Food Safe Certification Thorough knowledge of cocktail trends knowledge of classic cocktails and preparations Working knowledge of standard bar equipment Completion of a practical bartending test Excellent organizational skills with the proven ability to perform well with minimal supervision A high level of responsibility and commitment with proven success in relationship building Driven focus on upselling Ability to observe and detect guests to provide prompt service Impeccable grooming and presentation Must be bondable
