Welder

We are looking for a 3rd or Journeyperson Welder for a client here in Calgary.

Safety is there number one focus so ensuring that there is transparency, and a keen eye for safety is key.

Shift Day : Monday to Friday

Shift Time : 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30pm

Overtime : Optional and offered

Payrate is $31.50 -$ 42.25 this dependent on experience and ticket

Contract to hire after probationary period

Specifications

1) Hold a Valid CWB ticket necessary for structural and welding fabrication

2) Have experence with flat, horizontal and overhead position

3) Experience with MIG and FCAW

Qualified candidates will be selected for a interview and then a weld test to be conducted

Adhere to health and safety protocols

Reading drawing and schematics and interpretting them

Lay our and secure parts according to schematics

Welding using electric, gas or other welding equipment

Qualifications

CWB Certified - Must be able to provide a copy

Journeyman ticket

3rd or 4th year ticket
