Gestionnaire des partenariats :
Au nom de notre client dans le secteur des logiciels, Procom recherche un Gestionnaire des partenariats pour un poste permanent. Ce poste est sur site au bureau de notre client à Cornwall, Ontario.

Gestionnaire des partenariats - Description du poste :
Nous recherchons un Gestionnaire des partenariats dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe, se concentrant sur la gestion et le développement des relations avec les partenaires SaaS. Ce rôle implique de collaborer avec divers départements pour s'assurer que les partenaires sont bien alignés avec les objectifs et stratégies de l'entreprise au Canada.

Gestionnaire des partenariats - Responsabilités :
• Agir en tant qu'intermédiaire entre le client et ses partenaires de conseil en canaux
• Construire et maintenir des relations à long terme avec les partenaires actuels et potentiels
• Superviser le recrutement, l'intégration et maximiser le potentiel de revenus grâce aux partenariats
• Aider les partenaires à surmonter les défis liés à la vente, au marketing et à la mise en œuvre
• Développer des métriques pour mesurer le retour sur investissement des partenariats
• Voyager pour des événements industriels, des événements partenaires et des réunions partenaires sur site

Gestionnaire des partenariats - Compétences obligatoires :
• Bilingue en anglais et français
• Solides compétences interpersonnelles et en communication
• Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
• Autonome avec des capacités de résolution de problèmes
• Expérience en gestion de partenaires SaaS
• Compétences analytiques pour les rapports de ventes basés sur les données

Gestionnaire des partenariats - Compétences souhaitables :
• Expérience de travail avec des intégrateurs de systèmes ou des entreprises SaaS
• Familiarité avec les logiciels d'applications commerciales standard
• Capacité à trouver des solutions gagnant-gagnant avec des parties prenantes seniors
• Compétences en présentation et démonstration de solutions
• Volonté de voyager (25 % préféré)

Partner Executive:
On behalf of our Software client, Procom is searching for a Partner Executive for a permanent role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Cornwall, Ontario office.

Partner Executive - Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Executive to join our team, focusing on managing and nurturing relationships with SaaS partners. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure partners are well-aligned with the company's objectives and strategies in Canada.

Partner Executive - Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between the client and its channel consulting partners
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and prospective partners
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and maximizing revenue potential through partnerships
• Assist partners in overcoming challenges in selling, marketing, and implementation
• Develop metrics to measure ROI from partnerships
• Travel to industry events, partner events, and onsite partner meetings

Partner Executive - Mandatory Skills:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities
• Experience in SaaS Partner management
• Analytical skills for data-driven sales reports

Partner Executive – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working with System Integrators or SaaS companies
• Familiarity with standard business applications software
• Ability to find win-win solutions with senior stakeholders
• Solution presentation and demonstration skills
• Willingness to travel (25% preferred)

Partner Executive – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.

ASAP.

Cornwall, Ontario, onsite, 5 days a week.
