An opportunity for career development across many business departments within our organization.Scope of Position : Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Special Projects, the Cloud Collaboration Specialist will work to understand existing business processes and strive to improve individual and team / department communications, collaboration and productivity.

The ideal candidate understands how to deliver Microsoft’s core suite of products (O365) and then guides users to embrace the new tools and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning new technologies and pairs that with the patience required to walk users down a new path.

The ideal candidate will have a focus on establishing a sustained internal communications program for IT. This program would convey business value delivered by IT, strategic decisions, internal wins and the showcasing of team members.

Collaborate with the national communications department, to assist in initiatives.Responsibilities : Understand and Document needs - Work closely with business partners to gather business needs.

Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions will meet requirements.

Solution Alignment Line up the appropriate O365 tool to the required need. Educate and empower the end-user on future repeatability.

Communications Attend update meetings to ensure key highlights are being captured to deliver the right messaging to our associates.

Draft communications / messaging for review and approval. Release communications via expected channel to the correct target audience.

No-code focus - Adhere to no-code, low-code approaches first. Enable speed of delivery while continuously improving.Who You Are : You are a problem solver.

Experience and Abilities : 2+ years in business process analysis, development, and improvements2+ years in a consultative, marketing, or sales organizationUnderstand, capture, and articulate a customer’s existing business processCommunicate effectivelyRequirements : Bi-Lingual (French / English)Knowledge of the Microsoft O365 SuiteLeverage SharePoint for communications and content storage.

Maintain intranets.Efficient with Microsoft Forms / Lists as a data collection tool.Understand when to use Microsoft OneDrive (personal storage) versus SharePoint (Team / department storage)Ability to effectively participate in change management.

Communicate, nurture, adopt.Nice To Have : Understanding of the PowerPlatform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, PowerBI, Virtual agents).
