Warehouse Assistant – Pelican Products, Inc.

Location : St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec

Role Summary : The Warehouse Assistant supports daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, labeling, shipping, and maintaining inventory accuracy. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, supports cycle counting and stock rotation, and upholds Pelican’s commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and product integrity.
• Verify outbound shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and Bills of Lading.
• Prepare shipping documents, coordinate carrier pickups, and provide freight quotes as needed.
• Receive, put away, and rotate incoming stock while supporting daily and annual inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organized records, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
