Type: Full Time Onsite (local) – Monday- Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

Earning Potential:

Base Salary + Incentives + Bonus Plan

Responsibilities:

• Find new clients and increase the number of new accounts.
• Maintain relationships and review opportunities with existing accounts
• Develop and execute on our sales plan
• Represent our agency at events and networking opportunities
• Partner and mentor with agent to build knowledge and ensure top client experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication. In this position, you're tasked with handling concerns of clients and any issues that arise with the team. It's important that you build positive relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders.
• Persistently wanting to help; when done respectfully and consistently, you will break through. You are there with a solution to clients problems. It gives them multiple chances to connect. And though it may take half a dozen times to get a response, land that meeting or open a discussion, they will thank you in the end.
• Willingness to obtain insurance licence(s)

This is a Full-time position within a Desjardins Insurance Agency in Fredericton NB, this is not a remote role.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
