General Manager – Market Leading Multi-Line Marine Dealer

The Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Industry General Manager with five-plus years of experience in managing all aspects of a dealership for our client’s store. This store represents many of the premium tow and pontoon boat brands. This position is responsible for creating a performance-based culture, growth strategy, maximizing ROI, managing the P&L, and building synergy and collaboration between departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Bring your leadership skills to lead a proven team of 20+ to reach new goals, deliver a first-class customer experience, and develop their professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide leadership and growth for the team

  • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of General Manager experience in a Marine dealership
  • Demonstrated success in a General Manager role
  • Process- and data-driven approach while building a company culture
  • Must be a team player and act with integrity and honesty daily
  • Passion for the business and strong leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Dealership software experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and improve the P&L
  • Proven track record of productivity and efficiency
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Problem-solving and resolution skills
