The Opportunity :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marine Industry General Manager with five-plus years of experience in managing all aspects of a dealership for our client’s store. This store represents many of the premium tow and pontoon boat brands. This position is responsible for creating a performance-based culture, growth strategy, maximizing ROI, managing the P&L, and building synergy and collaboration between departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
