Compensation : At Bath Fitter, we believe in rewarding your skills and growth! Here’s what to expect :

• Training Pay : Paid training while you learn to be a Certified Bath Fitter Installer!
• Performance-Based Pay : Once certified, your compensation will be a % of the value of the jobs you install, increasing % as you advance through certification levels.
• Additional Productivity Pay : Earn extra % based on hours worked.
• Service Work : You will earn hourly pay for any additional service-related tasks.
