Responsibilities

o The Training Coordinator Consultant is responsible for training scheduling and registration process, and the liaison with the sector admin representative to assure all of the sectors end users are registered for the correct training sessions.

Qualifications

o Minimum 2 years’ previous experience as a Training Coordinator on projects.

o Strong Excel experience, working with formulas and pivot tables.

o Strong organization skills

o Strong SharePoint skills.

o MS Teams and Outlook knowledge and experience.

o Team player able to communicate effectively in diverse teams.

o Excellent communication skills - listening, written and oral; and

o Ability to plan and prioritize work.

Desired Qualifications :

o Detail oriented – experience in fast paced projects.

o Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.

o A self-starter, flexible, can adapt to constant change.

o Must be able to work as a team member and work independently.

o Ability to function working remotely, participating in multiple MS Team meetings.

o Prior experience working with Government / Public Sector SAP projects.
