We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Controller to take full ownership of our financial operations and providing strategic guidance as an internal leader.

After a successful multi‑year partnership with our external accounting firm, UpCounting, who have helped build a strong financial foundation for our brand, DESIGNME’s continued growth requires us to bring this critical function in‑house.

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Controller to take the helm of our accounting operations. You will be responsible for internalizing our existing processes, optimizing them for the next stage of scale, and serving as a key strategic business partner to the CEO and leadership team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead All Accounting Operations : Take full ownership of all core accounting functions, including Billing, A / R, A / P, GL, and revenue recognition.
• Internalize & Optimize Processes : Work closely with our external partners at UpCounting to seamlessly transition financial processes in‑house. You will then own, refine, and enforce these systems, particularly in our Procure‑to‑Pay workflow.
• Master & Leverage NetSuite : Take full ownership of our NetSuite ERP. Your mandate will be to ensure we are using it to its full potential, driving automation, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Deliver Strategic Insights : Prepare and present timely monthly financial statements. Go beyond reporting by providing leadership with analysis that connects the numbers to operational performance and proactively identifies opportunities and risks.
• Ensure Compliance & Manage Cash : Oversee cash flow planning and manage all government tax and reporting requirements.
