Job descriptionBachelor’s or Master’s degrees in computer science, Telecommunications or a related field. 10-15 years of professional software engineering experience, within the telecommunications or related industry. Strong hands-on experience in C++ development. Experience solving linear programming and optimization problems, preferably using Python (ex. MIP, NumPy or similar frameworks). Proven experience architecting and developing cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm. Strong communication and collaboration skills within a global engineering environment. Solid understanding of LTE / 5G technologies. Understanding SAS CBRS / Domain Proxy interfaces Experience in the design and implementation of Wireless SON (Self-Organizing Network) applications.

Why This Role Matters
As a Senior Software Architect , you will shape the core systems that power intelligent, cloud-native telecom networks. Your work enables scalable, high-performance platforms that drive real-time configuration, optimization and reliability across LTE, 5G and CRBS environments.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Architect, design, develop and maintain high-performance software systems using C++, with a strong focus on multi-threading, socket programming, MongoDB, PKI, and WebSockets.
- Work extensively with Netconf, YANG models, confd and client frameworks for device configuration and management.
- Architect and develop Python integration with C++ components for advanced processing and optimization workflows.
- Design and deploy applications on scalable cloud platforms (AWS) using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.
