Purpose of the position

We have a prestigious building in Montreal, and we are currently looking for a rental agent. Are you an expert in sales? Proactive, with innovative sales-marketing ideas? We have the opportunity waiting for you! Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Receive potential customers
• Carry out visits and negotiate rental contracts according to established policies, service offer and promotions, in conjunction with the property manager
• Respond to current customers on pricing and lease terms
• Follow up on prospects and complete the documents required for the rental
• Perform business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval
• Issue rental activity reports and proceed with renewal requests, if necessary
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Perform other related duties
• Produce required reports
• Transcribe correspondence

• Leadership, creativity, organized and ability to work under pressure
• Be action and result oriented
• Master interpersonal communication and have a customer service attitude
• Business savvy

Required qualifications :

• Minimum experience in a sales or rental position in the real estate field
• High availability, evenings and weekends
• Bilingualism is an asset
• Good knowledge of the sector
