Position OverviewThe Print/Heat Transfer Associate is responsible for preparing, positioning, and applying heat transfer graphics to a variety of garments and products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operate heat press and related equipment for apparel decorationPrepare and weed vinyl, DTF, or screen-printed transfersEnsure proper alignment, pressure, and temperature settings for each applicationInspect finished products for accuracy and qualityMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workspaceAssist with inventory, production setup, and general shop dutiesCollaborate with team members to meet daily production targetsFollow company procedures and safety guidelines Qualifications Experience with heat transfer, vinyl weeding, or garment printing (an asset, but training is available)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood time management and multitasking skillsTeam-oriented with strong communication abilitiesReliability and a positive attitude are a must What We Offer Competitive wagesHealth insuranceOn-site trainingOpportunities for growth within the companySupportive team environment
